Symptoms

When linking a New Item Request (NIR) to the Item Catalog Category (ICC), the following error occurs:

ERROR
Following is a portion of the exception detail error message.

STEPS
1. Development Manager > Setup > Setup Workbench
2. Select and open the Item Catalog Category (ICC)
3. Click the link to define the New Item Request (NIR)
4. Get Error Page
