Symptoms
The Sysadmin user receives WFERROR notifications with the error: "Ora-08103 Object No Longer Exists Error In Wf_xml_generate For Oracle.Apps.Wf.Notification.Send'. Outbound notifications may be in FAILED status.
The complete error stack looks like this:
