When running the QA Check on a renewed service contract the error below is received and the contract cannot be submitted for approval. The error is intermittent and only happens on some contracts.
An error occurred in the QA process while trying to retrieve the contract's original status. Please contact your support representative.(OKC_QA_GET_STATUS)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to (R) Service Contracts Manager (N) Launchpad
2. Open a renewal service contract.
3. Open the contract for update and update as necessary.
4. Go to Actions > Check QA
- the contract passes all the QA checks but the error message is shown when the QA check finishes.
