Audit Group Status Not Changing From "Enable Requested" To "Enabled" (Doc ID 1302827.1)

On 12.1.3 version, HRMS Alerts
Find that Audit Group status is not changing on running the program - AuditTrail Update Tables

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the status to change.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a audit group - Application Human Resources , Status to "enable requested"
Add the tables - PER_PEOPLE_F, PER_ADDRESSES

2. Add the Audit Table Columns for both the tables.

3. Set the profile - AuditTrail:Activate at Application Level - Human Resources to Yes.

4. Run the program :AuditTrail Update Tables. It completes successfully.

5. Navigate back to Audit Group, status still remains as "Eabled Requested".
