Symptoms
When attempting to submit a quote to order,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
APP-236112: Error messages from Order Management
APP-236113: Error in Line: 1.2 :The number of decimals exceeds the maximum precision (9 decimals). Please correct the value so that it contains no more than 9 decimal digits.
APP-236049: There is an error in order submission.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a quote with item having decimal qty (Example: 2.9290000000)
2. Place order
