Goal

This Transaction Error Primary Note (TMN) will direct the user to all associated Notes for the Error Message:

Error Code: CSI_API_INSTANCE_HAS_PARENT
Error Message: The Instance has a Parent associated to it in the component of relationship. Location attributes update is not allowed for this Instance. Changing the location attributes for Parent, will automatically update its corresponding child components.
