On OTM version 6.1.3 deleting a Service Provider then from the Success screen clicking on 'Create Another' the following error is displayed:

HTTP Status 404 - /GC3/WEB-INF/ml//jsp/Servprov/SERVPROV/View.jspx

type Status report

description The requested resource (/GC3/WEB-INF/ml//jsp/Servprov/SERVPROV/View.jspx) is not available.

Apache Tomcat/6.0.18

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1 - Log onto an OTM 6.1 system.

2 - Navigate to: Contract and Rate Management > Service Provider Manager > clicked NEW

3 - Created the following:
ID: Enter as needed.
Corporation: Enter as needed.
Country code: Enter as needed.

4 - Navigate to: Contract and Rate Management > Service Provider Manager > Search for the new Service Provider

5 - In the search screen tick the tick box and click the 'Delete' button.

6 - In the 'Are you sure' popup click 'OK'.

7 - The 'Success' screen is shown stating 'You successfully deleted the following records: ...'

8 - Click on the 'Create Another' button and the error was displayed.

The workaround is to return to the Service Provider search page and click the 'NEW' button.
