Symptoms
On OTM version 6.1.3 deleting a Service Provider then from the Success screen clicking on 'Create Another' the following error is displayed:

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Log onto an OTM 6.1 system.
2 - Navigate to: Contract and Rate Management > Service Provider Manager > clicked NEW
3 - Created the following:
ID: Enter as needed.
Corporation: Enter as needed.
Country code: Enter as needed.
4 - Navigate to: Contract and Rate Management > Service Provider Manager > Search for the new Service Provider
5 - In the search screen tick the tick box and click the 'Delete' button.
6 - In the 'Are you sure' popup click 'OK'.
7 - The 'Success' screen is shown stating 'You successfully deleted the following records: ...'
8 - Click on the 'Create Another' button and the error was displayed.
The workaround is to return to the Service Provider search page and click the 'NEW' button.
