Symptoms
On R12.x in Production:
Item creation time has increased since upgrading to R12.
The BOM_BILL_OF_MTLS_INTERFACE table is having million rows and growing.
The reason is some process is creating records with null process_flag.
We would like to know if it is safe to purge these records for Item creation process to run faster.
