Goal

This Transaction Error Primary Note (TMN) will direct the user to all associated Notes for the Error Message:

Error Code:  CSI_ERROR_PRIOR_TXN
Error Message: You have Material Transaction_id (&MAT_TXN_ID) pending Prior to the Current Transaction. You need to process that first.
