Goal
This Transaction Error Primary Note (TMN) will direct the user to all associated Notes for the Error Message:
Error Code: CSI_API_NO_CONTRACT_ASSOCIATED
Error Message: API Programming Error: Installed Base to Contracts Interface Failed.
Error Message: API Programming Error: Installed Base to Contracts Interface Failed.

This error is caused by the contract for the Item Instance. The message given by Contracts API is generic and does not give the user the information needed to correct the error. So more information needs to be retrieved from the contracts module to find out what exactly is wrong. A good start will be to collect the OKS debug file as per Note 395277.1 How Do I Turn On and Then View Debug Messages For Service Contracts.
