When attempting to run Online Accounting from the Transactions Workbench, the following error occurs:
Online accounting could not be created for this transaction. Please inform your system administrator that the Create Accounting Program has encountered an internal error.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Responsibility: Receivables Manager
2. Navigation:  Transactions > Transactions
3. Click Tools > Create Accounting
4. Create Draft Accounting > Press (OK) Button
5. Online accounting could not be created for this transaction. Please inform your system administrator that the Create Accounting Program has encountered an internal error.
