Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 Production

Find that when an item is written off in physical inventory, whilst the installed base instance is expired, the connected asset is not flagged for retirement and remains active. This leads to huge accounting issues and mismatches

Expected Behavior
When an item is written off in physical inventory then the asset is flagged for retirement and, ultimately, retired

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Perform the Inventory write off txn
2) Run (R)Enterprise Installed base > (N)Requests > Run > Interface Move and misc program and check the log file. Log file should show you if the above transactions has posted the retirements or not.

The following steps then *should* be performed, but as the transaction has not been picked up in (2) it is not prepared for retirement

3) Run (R)Assets (N)Mass Transactions > Retirements > Post
4) Run (R)Assets (N)Deprecation > Calculate Gains and Losses
