Cannot Create New Credit Card When Making Payment Through Advanced Collections (Doc ID 1304491.1)

When entering a credit card payment through Advanced Collections using a new credit card you receive error:

APP-IEX-240782 You cannot enter credit card or Bank account Number directly. Please select the number from List of Values or create credit card number/Bank Account Number and attach it to customer
