Statement History Missing in Collections Agent Form - IEXRCALL (Doc ID 1304497.1)

Symptoms

The Statement History is not displayed in the History tab of the Collections Workbench (IEXRCALL).  Receive the following error:

FRM-40735: WHEN-LIST-CHANGED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508

Responsibility:  Receivables
Navigation: Collections > Search
Click into History tab
Change type to Statement
Extend the search dates and click Display
No statement history displays.
instead the error appears
