Collections Actions "Apply Credit Hold" Button is Not Updating "Last Update" In Background Tables (Doc ID 1304542.1)

When users are accessing the "Apply Credit Hold" option from Collections > Actions drop down
menu to put the customer on hold, the hz_customer_profiles table does not update with a
"last updated" date.  Even though this credit hold option updates the customer record on the HTML
form, it does not update in the background table, making it seem like there was no update.
