An R12.1.1 instance was created from older data to test the upgrade. There was a custom responsibility in 184.108.40.206 that worked fine. It was created from the Project Costing Super User responsibility by adding exclusions.
In the R12.1.1 instance the expenditure inquiry returns no data.
The users who have that responsibility navigate to the PAXTRAPE form by clicking Expenditures, Expenditure Inquiry, All. The Operating Unit defaults to Setup Business Unit. The user enters the project number, presses tab which fills in the project name. As they click through the different tabs, no other fields are filled in or defaulted. They then click the Find button.
No data is returned. Data is returned following the exact same process using the Project Costing Super User responsibility.
The exclusions used to create the responsibility are:
Function Flexfield Security Rules
Function Assign Flexfield Security Rules
Function Navigator: Disable Multiform
Function Implementation Options
Function Provider/Receiver controls
Function Define Job Relationships
Menu Open Integration Toolkit
Menu Collection Pack
Menu Transfer Price
