Symptoms
When attempting to shutdown the concurrent processing server with the adcmctls.sh script, the following error occurs.
"Shutting down concurrent managers for ebsa ...ORACLE Password:
You cannot submit concurrent requests for a disabled concurrent program SHUTDOWN. Contact your System Administrator to enable the concurrent program.
Cannot submit your concurrent request"
