Symptoms
When attempting to submit a Service Contract for approval, the following error is received.
Error Contract <contract number> cannot be submitted for approval at this time. Please wait and re-submit the contract after running the Workflow Background process concurrent request.
Steps 1. Using a Service Contracts responsibility. 2. Open the Contracts Launchpad. 3. Query a contract or create a new. 4. From the Actions menu on the toolbar, select Submit for Approval. 5. The indicted error is displayed.
