Accounting Program is Ending with Error ORA-01403 found in related log file

Symptoms
On Application Release 12.0.5, Accounting program, triggered by Create Accounting program, completed with error.
Error message, as found in Accounting Program log file, is like
An internal error has occurred in the program XLA_00555_AAD_XXXXX_PKG.EventType_YYY. ORA-01403: no data found.
- To be noted that actual strings for 'XXXXX' and 'YYY' may vary.
Additionally, in related log file we can see following details, where ZZZZZZ may refer to various event classes and, also, the list Event ID found in error may vary.
EVENT CLASS CODE = ZZZZZZ
The following events are present in the line extract but MISSING in the header extract:
Event_id = 7501772 (example value)
Event_id = 7501794
Event_id = 7501847
Event_id = 7501705
Event_id = 7501876
