Language Translation Not Appearing In Configurator From PIM (Doc ID 1304902.1)

How does one ensure that the translations created in Product Information Management (PIM) are imported into Configurator? 

The steps followed include:
1) Created Items in PIM,
2) Translated the Item Descriptions in English, Slovak and Serbian,
3) Refreshed the BOM_Explosions table,
4) Ran the refresh Single Model program.
5) The items do exist in the Configurator Item Master, but the translations that were created in PIM do not seem to exist.
