Goal

You need date information that is associated with status change of a order line (delivery detail), such as:
Delivery detail status transitions from ‘Ready to Release’ to ‘Released to Warehouse’.
Then it transitions from ‘Released to Warehouse’ to ‘Staged/Pick Confirmed’.

The mapping needed will reference a source that will not be overwritten or otherwise lost when the status progresses.
E.g. a delivery progresses to Released to Warehouse and then to Staged/Pick Confirmed in a single day.   The source data for both events must be available for the next daily extract execution.

You would like to query this information in a table, a form is not required.
Business requirement is for month end report that will tell how a delivery progressed for an order.
