Information in this document applies to any platform.

Problem Statement

On Release 12.0.6 on Production

Find that when the agent creates a new contact within the Contact Center form the LOV for Address Usage contains two values that give an error when selected:

'General' and 'Mailing'

"Value for site_use_type must be a value defined in look up type PARTY_SITE_USE_CODE"

Steps to Reproduce:

(R) Service Responsibility

(N) Customer Management > Contact Center

1. Create Customer Type = Person
2.Enter all the customer details
3. Add address usage = General or Mailing
4. Error
'Value for site_use_type must be a value defined in look up type PARTY_SITE_USE_CODE'

We also note that within the Receivables Manager Quick Codes form the PARTY_SITE_USE_CODE look up values these 2 values are not enabled however they still appear in the LOV

(R) Receivables Manager

(N) Setup >System > Quick Codes > Receivables>

1. Search site i.e %Usag% or %Add% or %
2. Observe the codes which are not enabled including 'Address' and 'Usage'
