Symptoms
If Sales Order has lines with items, which are neither invoiceable nor shippable but are inventory interfaced, then a deferred COGS account is generated.
But, Costing is never notified to move the Deferred COGS to COGS, since the current code notifies costing only when there is shipped or invoiced quantity.
In your case the line is only inventory interfaced, Costing is never notified regarding the Deferred COGS account generated.
