Symptoms

1) ARRXARPB module: Adjustment Register

Publishing concurrent program AR : RXARADJR.
Request 92985752 failed. Please see the log file for more information. RXi
cannot generate the report.

2) RXARADJR module: RX-only: Adjustment Register

ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows

Note:
If the report is run with reporting level=Operating Unit, the program runs
without error, as it will run for only one operating unit. But then the
report is run with reporting level=ledger, it groups all the orgs under it,
and 2 accounting methods are derived. Hence raising the ORA error.

There are no custom attribute sets. The report is run only with default
attribute set.
