IBY Not Working With Load Balancer Https Url (Doc ID 1305654.1)

Symptoms

After switching to HTTPS mode, ipayment is no longer working
iPayment works when using HTTP mode.  Issue is only with HTTPS. Log shows following error:

1270586703370:Thread[Thread99,10,main]:-1:-1:abc.oracle.com:127.0.0.0.1:8000:43323:EXCEPTION:[iby.net.NetUtils.writeHttpPost]:javax.net.ssl.SSLException: SSL handshake failed: X509CertChainIncompleteErr

Other Facts:

SSL (HTTPS) was configured using F-5 load balancer.  F-5 sits on top on multiple internal middle tier servers that are configured as HTTP.

Payment system servlet base URL was set using load balancer SSL url.
