Symptoms

When attempting to run the Cost Rollup process for one legal entity, the following error occurs.

Bill level generation failed. Process aborted.

Log file of the Cost Rollup concurrent request shows:

Mrp Bill Error: report_cycle-(MR_CYCLEITEMS)-Cycle: ingredient <xxxx> --> product <yyyy>  <date>  <time>
Mrp Bill Error: MR_CYCLEITEMS item1: <xxxx>, item2: <yyyy>, formula: <zzzz>  <date>  <time>
