We have a scenario in which costs are based on number of stops. In particular, we have a base cost of 100 euro and we have to add 10 euro for every delivery stop, except the first delivery.
For example, a shipment has 4 stops (A -> B -> C -> D). A and B are picking stops, while C and D are drop-off locations. So, total cost of shipment is: 100 + 20 (10 for C + 10 for D) = 120 euro.
The problem is that in OTM we can’t find a valid rate base for this scenarion.
