OTM: High Cpu Spike On Application Server of Oracle Transportation Management (Doc ID 1306182.1)

Symptoms

Issue in 6.1.2 - Pre-Production Environment

 A High CPU spike was observed on primary app server (load 40) on 4th January'2011 at about 9:45-10am EST.From the Log uploaded, we see the following errors around the time of occurrence:
