Performance Management Plan Error Your Login Session Has Expired (Doc ID 1306438.1)

On : 12.1.1 version, Setup

When attempting to build several performance management plans, the following error occurs.

You cannot complete this task because one of the following events caused loss of page data:
- Your login session has expired.
- A system failure has occurred.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

(R) HR Professional v4.0 (seeded responsibility)
(N) Performance Management Plans (seeded menu)

1. Create a Plan > Navigate to the Create Plan Process page
2. Set date and get the error page
