JVM crashes with error "HTTP-500 Internal Server Error" when windows server administration steps are completed

The E-Business Suite Web and Forms tiers are running on a Windows server.

After administering the server from Microsoft terminal services or VNC and then logging off, all of the E-Business Suite users are kicked out of the system with the following errors:

Login Screen = HTTP-500 Internal Server Error


Self Service Screen = HTTP-500 Internal Server Error


Forms Screen = FRM-92102 A Network error has occurred.

Java Exception
oracle.forms.net.ConnectionException: 500

Business Impact

Due to this issue, users cannot connect to the E-Business suite.


Eventually login will start working without intervention. However bouncing the middle tier services resolves the issue immediately.
