Symptoms

The View Transactions form (Material Transactions form) issues the following error when querying some receipt transactions.
The issue occurs when the source of the transaction belongs to a different operating unit to which the current responsibility or user does NOT have access.

      FRM-40735: POST-QUERY trigger raised unhandled exceptions ORA-01403

Steps

1. Create a Purchase Order in one operating unit.
2. Receive the material.
3. View material transactions.
4. Works fine so far.
5. Change to a different responsibility that uses another operating unit.
6. View material transactions.
7. Receive the error.
