User Sessions Get Timed Out Before Idle Time Parameter Values Are Reached (Doc ID 1306678.1)

Symptoms

Whatever the timeout setting the user sessions get timed out with the message below:

Error
Your session has expired.


Example of time out setting:

ICX:Session Timeout - 240 (minutes)
"s_sesstimeout" context variable -  14400 000 (milliseconds)
"s_oc4j_sesstimeout" context variable - 240 (minutes)

JTF_INACTIVE_SESSION_TIMEOUT - 240 (minutes)
Expires if idle for(minute) - 240
(this last parameter is set from CRM HTML Administration => “Settings” tab => “System” tab => “Sessions” link to display the Session Properties Setup form)


However the user session get timed out even though the idle time is set to 4 hours.
The issue did not appear for all E-Business Suite applications (only CRM).
