Symptoms
On Returns form, Create Debit Memo cannot be selected when Org is LCM enabled. For Orgs that are not LCM enabled, Create Debit Memo can be selected.
When attempting to update the Create Debit Memo flag the following error message occurs
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Navigate to Receiving / Returns RCVTXERE form
2) Select LCM enabled organization
(in MTL_PARAMETERS table, LCM_ENABLED_FLAG = 'Y' )
3) Search for Purchase Order to return
4) Enter quantity to return
5) The Create Debit Memo flag cannot be selected
