Relink Error During Manifest Patch Application During Platform Migration Process (Doc ID 1307460.1)

Performing a platform migration from Sun to Linux using
<note 238276.1> : Migrating to Linux with Oracle Applications Release 11i

The migration patch fails to relink
with the following errors :
