Symptoms
In a Release 11.5.10.2 Production environment, some workflow approval messages are returning emails with the error:
It seems the email parser is having a problem reading the message and extracting the approval message. The format of the message has changed after the 2010 Exchange server was added as a front end to the 2007 Exchange server with the imap accounts on it.

The Exchange 2010 server is the Front End server to the imap folders on the 2007 Exchange server. If by-passing the Exchange 2010 server and going directly to the 2007 Exchange server with the imap folders it works.
Changes
Upgraded to 2010 Exchange Server.
