In the SEPA Rulebook, it says the following about Character Set support :
The ISO 20022 XML messages allow for the full range of global language requirements (UTF-8).
Banks and their customers must be able to support the Latin character set commonly used in international communication, as follows:

Does the Oracle SEPA Solution only support this Character Set?
If other special characters are required, is there any validation that occurs?
Are special characters replaced by other valid characters when generating the XML Output files?
