Depot Repair Workbench Error: CSD_XDO_ESTRT_NO_TEMPLATE - When Clicking On The Print Traveler Option (Doc ID 1307926.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to click on the Print Traveler Option on the Depot Repair Workbench the following error occurs.

Not able to retrieve a default template. Please make sure a default template is selected for this concurrent program under System Administration. If you are using a custom concurrent program, please also specify the concurrent program short name for 'CSD: Customer Traveler Concurrent Name'.


STEPS
1. Login to the Oracle Applications
2. R) Depot Repair Engineer -> Create Depot Repair Order
3. Click on the data button at the top of the screen. Select Print Traveler - Get the error message
