Symptoms
Find there are many transactions which do not have any transaction in MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS table for po receipts.
Also, on hand quantity has not been updated / increased.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Purchasing : Receiving / Receipts or Receiving/ Receiving Transactions
Perform delivery of Purchase order
2. Inventory > Transactions > Material transactions
3. Search for deliver receipt transaction for the purchase Order
4. No record can be retrieved
5. Expect records to exist in mtl_material_transactions table for all deliver transactions.
