ICX_CABO Package In R12 Is Using Files Which Do Not Exist In R12

Symptoms
On : 12.1.2 version,
The icx_cabo.container procedure is having reference to the files which are no longer exists in R12 environment.
The following files are used in icx_cabo.container doesn't exists in R12 :
/OA_HTML/webtools/container_top.html
/OA_HTML/webtools/container_tabs.html
/OA_MEDIA/FNDNAVIG.gif
/OA_HTML/webtools/container_nobottom.html
The following files are used in icx_cabo.container though exists but in different location in R12:
/OA_HTML/webtools/images/cabo_styles.css
/OA_HTML/webtools/jslib/cabo_utilities.js
/OA_HTML/webtools/jslib/button_constructor.js
/OA_HTML/webtools/blank.html
OracleMyPage is using this package.
Some customers use with this icx_Cabo.container call in oraclemypage package.
