Symptoms

Users are unable to transmit payment file using Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) for Static File Names. If a user tries to transmit using SFTP public key authorization with out Key password , the following error occurs:

Error message: A non-trivial string value is required for PRIVATE_KEY_PASSWORD
