TeleService: Not Able To Select A Bill_To or Ship_To of A Related Customer in Service Request form

Find that In create Service Request form, after selection of a customer having valid AR Relationships in TCA we are not able to select a Bill_To or Ship_To address from the related customer.

Expect to see the Bill to and Ship to addresses

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a customer relationship for Bill_To and Ship_To between two customers in TCA which will create a Party relationship;
2. Create a new SR using one of two previous customers;
3. Try to select a Bill_To or Ship_To address of the related customer
