Transaction Form Gives Error and Hangs When Queried by Customer Name (Doc ID 1308531.1)

  When the user tries to query transactions in AR Transaction forms they get an error that "Field must be entered". And then when they click OK and then the hourglass just keeps rotating and comes back after a lot of time picking up all the records in the database, like doing a Blind query.
