Distance From Previous Stop Not Showing As Expected When Using Action Resequence Stops

Symptoms
When attempting to Resequence stops, the Distance From Previous Stop field is blank. It is expected a value to be listed.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OTM 6.1.
2. Search for any shipment id.
3. Select and go to Actions --> Shipment Management --> Change Shipment Stops --> Resequence Stops.
4. Note the Distance From Previous stop is blank. It is expected a value to be here.
5, If you look at the stops in edit shipment mode, there is a mileage listed.
