Symptoms

It is observed that users were unable to close the job using "close discrete jobs(SRS) process" but the job can be closed using close discrete job form.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that job can be closed using close discrete jobs(SRS) process"

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login with Work in process responsibility
2.Navigate to Wip> Discrete > Discrete jobs
3.Select Discrete Job in a Cancelled status.
4.Navigate to WIP/Discrete/Close Discrete Jobs/Close Discrete Jobs (SRS)
5.Enter discrete job to close, run process.
6.Job completes successfully, but the job does not close.
7.Navigate to WIP/Discrete/Close Discrete Jobs/Close Discrete Jobs (Forms)
8.Enter the same job name. Go to Tools, Close 1 job. Process is submitted.
9.The job completes Normally and the Discrete Job is Closed.
