Mobile User Are Having Locks

Mobile users are getting blocked.
Lock begins when users leave their computer with the form open and a new field is requesting a value to transact.
Users are working on mobile devices, when other users request the same form or the same table, they are locked. Customer is training users to close and log out of the mobile forms or devices when they are not being used. This minimizes the occurrences but still the issue continues now and again and causes delays in production.
Also this can occur when multiple receipts are done into same LPN, sometimes the putaway of the LPN would fail after a long "Please Wait message". The task will error out after a long time due to a deadlock.
