The program "DQM Serial Sync Index Program" stays in 'Pending' 'status forever and the DQM Administration Overview page is showing the following error message:
The DQM synchronization method is set to: Real Time
One or more TCA records failed to synchronize. Run the DQM Setup - Detailed diagnostic report for more information.
The following profile options are set as follows:
- HZ: Ignore Concurrent Request Limits for DQM Synchronization = Yes, at the user level
- Concurrent: Active Request Limit' to a number = 10000, at user level
