Symptoms

Enter a sales order for kit items where checkbox ship model complete is checked.
2 lines are exploded where 1 item has sufficient quantity on hand while the other has insufficient on-hand quantity.
Autocreate delivery and launch pick release from the Shipping Transaction Form.
Pick Release fails and the 2 lines are backordered. ( AutoAllocate shipping parameter = Yes)

Repeat the same scenario, but this time launch pick release from the Release Sales Order form.
2 lines are picked with status in Released to Warehouse. The Enforce Ship Set and Ship Model Complete is not honored. (AutoAllocate shipping parameter = No)

EXPECT THAT...
-------------------------
Since the Enforce Ship Set and Ship Model Complete is checked that when there is insufficient quantity for one line of the set that the parameter is honored and lines are not pick released.
