When following step 24 'Implement and run AutoConfig' of Note 881505.1 Oracle Applications Release 11i with Oracle 11g Release 2 ,
you are directed to implement autoconfig on the database tier by following Note 165195.1 Using AutoConfig to Manage System Configurations with Oracle Applications 11i
In section 8.2 of Note 165195.1, the following is stated:
