Customer Form, Address Error: FRM-40350: Query causes no records to be retrieved (Doc ID 1311022.1)

After querying for a customer in Customers Standard form and picking an Address from the list of match results, the following error is raised:

FRM-40350: Query causes no records to be retrieved.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Responsibility: Receivables Manager
    Navigation: Customers > Standard
  2. Query for an existing customer number
  3. The Match Results window appears showing multiple addresses.
  4. Select one of the addresses and click OK button. The above error appears at the bottom of the screen. This error occurs only for a few customers.
