Product Classification Code Search Field Auto Convert To Upper Case. (Doc ID 1311175.1)

Symptoms


When you try to search product classification code from Product Classification Code screen, the classification code entered is automatically convert to uppercase.

Since product classification code is case sensitive, the query fails to return data.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1 - Navigate to Trade Master Data > Power Data > Product Classification > Product Classification Code

2 - Enter and search for a lowercase value in the Product Classification Code field > it will automatically converted to uppercase and thus the search fail to return the data.
